About Studio 1

With 700 square feet, Studio 1 is our smallest studio and is located on the 9th floor. It’s designed for jobs that have smaller set requirements, jobs where there will be a limited number of people at the shoot and jobs with limited budgets.

While it would be too tight for a fashion shoot or a job involving a large set, for many still life or portrait jobs it’s very comfortable. The studio has three windows overlooking Broadway.

With a western exposure, it receives direct sunlight in the afternoon. It’s a bright studio, however it is not a true daylight studio and may be less than adequate if you intend to shoot with only natural light. Please see the amenities list to see the many features this studio contains.
